After about a month's practice, the crew (then known only as
March Crew or
Crew B) showed off what they'd been preparing at the
Taylor's Model Hunt. A little contemporary, popping, hip hop, breakdance, and something new -
stomping!

Stomping!
Before the performance, everyone was rushing around, getting changed and having a few more last minute practices. When we were waiting backstage, it was pretty crowded, what with the models and make-up people moving about. The atmosphere was a 'lil tense, seeing as the models, plus the performers were just waiting to get out there and do their thing. The girls seemed a 'lil stressed out, but most of the guys were just waiting patiently and one or two even wished us good luck! Thank you. :)
Some of us were really nervous, and the stage was smaller than we estimated, but still the performance went smoothly. The crowd wasn't big that night though, only about a 100+ people showed up. When the models went up, we cheered for them too, since we had nothing to do waiting back there. There were plenty of camera flashes going off in the hall, with all the
Photography Club members going around
taking pictures of everything (like the dance pictures you are about to see).
When we were up on the stage, honestly, I couldn't see much of the audience, with all the glare from the lights, but I could still make out the audience, the judges, and the red carpet - like some Hollywood red carpet.

Poppers!

Hip hoppers strutting their stuff.

Breakdancers, both guys and girl (note the singular).

The whole crew.
We could hear our seniors cheering for us all the way through, even louder than the rest of the crowd. Thank you for the support! It really boosted our morale that night. :)
