ReProduction Audition Results
Months have passed since the TDC party that specially introduced Production to all the members. An event so major that it went against the laws of physics and literally brought people together against gravity. The triumph of the first production 'Rock the stance' was beyond anyone's anticipation. From something that was not expected much from became a goal to be achieved by 100 over members. In the last month alone, many dancers have auditioned for various styles. Bringing the best techniques and their own personal style to the table. SO there you go...

Canadian Pre-University Prom

It was on the 17th June 2011, a typical Friday night. But all it took was one step into the Empire Hotel Ball room to know instinctively that there is nothing going to be typical about this night. The ballroom extended to the back where the well-lit elevated area, what we call a 'stage' stood wholesomely. Beyond the stage was approximately 70 tables with 10 seats each. Each covered with fancy glasswares and colour lights transitioning from the ceiling. The setting made one goal clear for all performers that night - to bring the house down. When the clock stroked 8.30pm, our time was up. Even with chaos happening in the neighboring ballroom with all their fancy lipton tea and food we can't pronounce, it doesn't take a pin drop silence moment to hear hearts beating like a wood pecker on drugs. We were like Cinderella. But instead of leaving the ball dramatically, we are entering it? x) The dancers left the performers room and felt the plush environment nearing. Three words comes to mind: Lights. Camera. Action.

Here's how it went down:

Swag Crew
Bboy (It's a new day- James Brown)
Contemporary (Listen-Beyonce)
Girlstyle (Feedback- Janet Jackson)
Popping (Does She really want me/Yeah[District 78 Remix]-Usher)

Dopamine Crew
Bboy (Bboy King Fever- DJ Rockstar/Love story- Taylor Swift/Bboy warsIII- DJ Pablo)
Kpop (Mirror mirror - 4 minute)

After the 14 minutes of fame, all performers were drained of their anxiety. Words like 'what if my 4 inch high heels get stuck in the hole?' 'what if the spacing is not right?' or the classic 'what if i forget?' were gone...and saved for the next time.

Adjourned.
